Shipping and Return Policy        

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL

1. We will ship your order almost anywhere in the world. Orders will be shipped with in 2-3 business days.
2. After shipping customer receive track number via email. You can also check tracking status by personal account in our web site if you are registered user.
3. Usualy delivery time takes 1-3 weeks from differets counteries.
4. As the importer, you are responsible for all taxes and customs duties. Your local customs agency may contact you to pay import fees.
5. We can supply to send other Transport Company if the customer ask us before shipping. We need to add shipping cost into invoice before payment. And can chenge it duaring 1-2 days after payment, if order was not sending!
6. If your package has not arrived within 30 days please contact your local customs and postal offices. They may be able to find your package with your phone or customs number.
7. IMPORTANT! Insurance is optional and recommended. If the goods will be lost we can send inquiry letter to our Post to investigate this situations during 6 month from shipping date. And can receive cost that we show in custom declaration! But us can refuse payment of the insurance indemnity, in case a product has crossed the border of the country of the sender!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.      
2. We do accept returns of unused kits. In order to receive a refund, the kit must be received in the same condition it was sent with no parts bent or soldered. The buyer will pay return shipping and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.                              
3. All parts are checked before shipping. If you receive a damaged part, please return it to us for checking. If the part is damaged and shows no signs of use beyond what was needed to assess that it was damaged, we will refund your shipping cost and send a replacement part immediately.                                                                                                                                                                               
4. If you damage a part during building, you can purchase a replacement directly at our cost plus shipping.                                                       
5. If a part is missing from your kit please contact us. We will send a replacement immediately at our expense.
